At ReCellExchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window for most products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a detailed return packing slip.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
